The Role: Kickstart Your Marketing Career
This is your perfect opportunity if you're early in your marketing journey—whether you're a recent graduate, in your first marketing role, or looking for that critical next step.
We’re not looking for someone who already knows everything. Instead, we value curiosity, motivation, reliability, and eagerness to learn. If you love marketing variety, thrive on diverse projects, and want to build a well-rounded skillset, then this role is for you.
Unlike many marketing roles that focus on a single area, this is a true generalist position. Gain hands-on experience across:
- Social media (LinkedIn, Facebook)
- Content creation
- Website management
- Email marketing
- Events
- Reporting & analytics
No two days will be the same—you’ll develop broad expertise that will set you up for long-term career success. You’ll work closely with our Digital Marketing Manager and the Sales & Marketing team, helping to grow our brand, engage audiences, and drive business growth.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll contribute to a mix of marketing activities, including:

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
