We're recruiting for a Marketing Executive to join the marketing team of a leading investment management firm. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with at least 2 years' experience in financial services marketing and proven experience managing events, who is looking to develop their career in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver a range of in-person and virtual events, including conferences, seminars and webinars.
  • Coordinate event logistics, working closely with internal stakeholders, suppliers and external partners.
  • Manage webinar setup, presenter coordination and live delivery.
  • Support the creation and distribution of marketing campaigns, including email marketing and digital content.
  • Assist with website updates, social media activity and wider campaign delivery.
  • Produce post-event reporting and analyse engagement metrics to help improve future activity.
  • Maintain strong relationships with agencies and suppliers, while supporting the wider marketing team on day-to-day activities.

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in financial services marketing is essential.
  • Previous experience planning and delivering marketing events is essential.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills and a high level of attention to detail.
  • Experience using email marketing platforms, webinar software and CMS systems would be advantageous.
  • Proactive, collaborative and keen to build a long-term career within financial services marketing.
