We are looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Executive to join our vibrant team and contribute to our ongoing success.
Job Description
As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies across multiple channels, including email and social media. Your core focus will be on delegate recruitment and event promotion, creating awareness and driving attendance. You will coordinate with internal teams to ensure campaign success, maintain smooth communication with clients, and assist with on-site event execution to deliver a seamless experience.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Develop and coordinate impactful marketing strategies for both Cosmonauts’ proprietary events and client-led projects.
- Lead delegate recruitment efforts with a KPI-driven approach, ensuring strategic alignment with event goals.
- Contribute to key marketing projects and support day-to-day operations across the Marketing and Communications team.
Marketing Campaign Execution
- Take ownership of our email marketing, social media, and content marketing strategies, ensuring consistent and effective communication.
- Collaborate with the event production team to create compelling digital content for websites, email campaigns, and social media channels.
- Plan and execute innovative marketing campaigns with the full support of a dynamic internal team.
- Oversee all social media content, ensuring it aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. You'll also supervise our Content Executive to ensure timely and high-quality content delivery.
- Coordinate with event partners, sponsors, attendees, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless campaign delivery and timely communication.
- Play a key role in our events, including on-site support, filming interviews, live reporting with photos, and gathering materials for post-event recaps.

Market Research & Innovation
- Conducting research and contributing ideas to drive brand development for Cosmonauts' events.
- Stay up to date with emerging trends across relevant sectors (e.g., tech, legal, space, etc.), providing insight and inspiration for future campaigns.
- Proactively identify new marketing opportunities and creative tactics to boost campaign reach and impact.
Performance Evaluation & Reporting
- Monitor, analyse, and report on marketing performance across all key channels.
- Utilise analytics tools to track campaign performance, providing insightful reports and recommendations for optimisation.
- Deliver post-event reports with insights, learnings, and actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong understanding of multi-channel marketing, including email, digital, and social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter/X, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas and engaging content.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills: demonstrated ability to create compelling and effective content across various platforms.
- Strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Drive, Sheets, Slides, etc.).
- A basic understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, email marketing, and paid advertising.
- Familiarity with marketing tools such as Mailchimp, Mailshake, and LinkedIn Helper.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- A proactive, self-starter attitude with a passion for events, communications, and marketing innovation.
