Marketing Executive – Financial Services (Hybrid Role)

About the Opportunity

We’re seeking a motivated Marketing Executive to join our expanding financial services organisation. As part of a collaborative marketing team, you’ll support a diverse range of campaigns and business initiatives across both digital and offline channels—ideal for someone who thrives on variety, rapid adaptation, and multi-disciplinary growth.

The Role

Positioned centrally within the team, the Marketing Executive will oversee the execution of marketing activity, ensuring campaigns align with business objectives, protactical delivery is seamless, and customer/intermediary communications remain cohesive, accurate, and high-impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Maintain website content and digital asset accuracy, ensuring all information remains current and GDPR-compliant.
  • Produce and curate marketing materials for social media, email campaigns, promotions, and branded content.
  • Oversee email communications and marketing automation workflows.
  • Monitor campaign performance and author data-led reports, including key metrics, opportunities, and actionable insights.
  • Facilitate internal cross-team alignment, ensuring timely, mistake-free delivery of marketing assets.
  • Support events, webinars, and industry engagement, contributing to organisational thought leadership.
  • Assist with special projects as needed, where creativity and efficiency are required.

About You

Requirements

  • Minimum two years’ experience in a marketing role, preferably with exposure to campaign management.
  • Proven ability to support cross-channel campaigns, including digital/social media, SEM/SEO, and offline strategies.
  • Exemplary written communication with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong organiser—capable of managing multiple priorities under pressure.
  • Proactive mindset with a willingness to upskill across new tools/disciplines.
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders, including editorial teams, product staff, and external partners.

Desirable:

  • Familiarity with Marketing CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
  • Hands-on experience with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer) and CMS systems (WordPress,om.
  • Basic proficiency in design software (Canva, Adobe Suite) or content production.
  • Relevant exposure to finance or professional services (advantageous but not essential).
