No two weeks are the same, making this a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, creativity, and working with exceptional objects.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for design, digital marketing, and communications who is looking to develop their career in a varied, fast-paced, and entrepreneurial environment.

The Role

Working alongside the Head of Marketing and Videographer, the Marketing Executive will play an important role in planning, coordinating, and delivering marketing campaigns across a range of digital and traditional channels.

The successful candidate will produce creative marketing assets, manage the publishing of content across social media and YouTube, coordinate campaign schedules, and work closely with colleagues across the business to ensure campaigns are delivered to the highest standard.

This is a broad marketing role offering exposure to graphic design, social media, PR, direct marketing, SEO, and emerging AI technologies.

  • Produce graphics for social media, email marketing, website content, and digital campaigns.

  • Upload and schedule content across multiple platforms.
  • Write engaging captions, titles, descriptions, and supporting marketing copy.
  • Optimise content using platform best practice.
  • Monitor engagement and identify opportunities to improve performance.
  • Keep up to date with social media trends, platform developments, and emerging best practice.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
