The opportunity
We're looking for a Marketing Executive to join our team and play a key role in delivering proposition communications, marketing campaigns and business-as-usual (BAU) marketing activity across our adviser network. This is a fast-paced, operationally focused position that would suit someone who enjoys managing multiple projects, collaborating with stakeholders and ensuring high-quality communications are delivered effectively and on time.
Working within a busy Marketing team, you'll support the delivery of communications and marketing campaigns to advisers and clients, while maintaining key marketing systems, adviser-facing content, and proposition materials.
Location: Hybrid role with a base in our Swindon office (3 days per week).

- Salary: Up to £36,000
- Bonus scheme: On-target bonus of 7.5%

Key Accountabilities
- Plan, build, and execute weekly proposition emails using Dot Digital.
- Coordinate adviser communications, ensuring on-time scheduling, creation, and delivery.
- Collate and analyse marketing MI, including email performance and campaign engagement.
- Work closely with Proposition teams, Communication teams, subject matter experts (SMEs), and external suppliers.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of marketing processes, including briefing, workflow management, budget tracking, and system administration.
What You Will Need to Succeed
- Proven marketing experience within Financial Services
- Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Dot Digital)
- Experience using content management systems and digital asset management tools
- Strong written communication, literacy, and numeracy skills
- Pro-active, adaptable, and solutions-focused approach
- Demonstrable track record of delivering projects and campaigns on deadline
