Marketing Executive - LegalTech
Location: Battersea, London (Hybrid)
Contract Type: Permanent

The Opportunity
We are looking for a proactive, organised and ambitious Marketing Executive to join our growing team.
This is a varied, fast-paced role spanning events, campaigns, social media, digital marketing and customer communications. You will take ownership of projects, bring fresh ideas, and play a key role in supporting and driving our marketing activity.
Ideal for someone who uses their initiative, seeks out opportunities and is confident delivering high-quality work.
What you'll do
- Coordinate and deliver in-person and virtual events for prospects and clients, including logistics, supplier management, registrations, and communications.
- Support the planning and execution of webinars, conferences, networking events, and client engagements while ensuring brand alignment.
- Assist with the planning, execution, and reporting of integrated marketing campaigns in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Develop campaign assets, messaging, and promotional activities, and monitor performance to identify improvement opportunities.
- Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across key platforms by creating, scheduling, and publishing engaging content.
- Support digital marketing initiatives including email marketing, website updates, lead generation activities, and performance reporting.
- Manage customer and prospect communications across multiple channels, including email nurture campaigns and marketing inbox enquiries.
- Liaise with external suppliers and agencies to coordinate marketing materials, merchandise, PR, and day-to-day marketing operations.

What you'll bring
Essential:
- 3+ years of experience in a similar marketing role.
- Experience coordinating logistics for both in-person and virtual events targeting prospects and clients.
- Experience managing social media platforms and content schedules.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing principles across channels or campaigns.
- Confident taking ownership of projects and executing marketing campaigns.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
Desirable:
- Qualification in Marketing, Business Studies, or a related discipline.
- Experience with marketing automation or CRM platforms.
- Experience working within the legal sector, professional services, or B2B environments.
