Marketing Executive – Dentistry Portfolio
Hybrid: (Herne Hill or Sutton), 3 days in the office
Salary: Up to £30,000, depending on experience and company benefits.
Contract: Permanent, full-time

As our Marketing Executive, you'll help bring one of the UK's most respected dentistry portfolios to life. Working across the UK's leading peer-reviewed journal, Dental Update, alongside a range of trusted publications, digital products and our industry-leading Update Webinars, you'll create campaigns that engage healthcare professionals, grow audiences and promote valuable educational content.
This is an exciting opportunity for a creative marketer who enjoys variety and wants to build their career in a supportive environment. You'll gain hands-on experience across email, social media, websites, paid advertising and analytics, while working closely with experienced colleagues across editorial, sales and design. You'll be encouraged to contribute ideas, take ownership of your campaigns and see the impact of your work as you continue to develop your marketing skills.
You Will
What you’ll be doing
- Plan and deliver creative marketing campaigns that drive audience growth, engagement and awareness across our dentistry portfolio.
- Promote our publications, webinars, CPD content and digital products through integrated marketing campaigns.
- Create engaging content for email campaigns, websites, social media and paid advertising.
- Work closely with editorial, sales and design teams to deliver consistent messaging and successful campaigns.
- Help manage our websites and marketing platforms, ensuring content is engaging, accurate and up to date.
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools, reporting on results and identifying opportunities to improve future activity.
- Use audience insight and campaign performance data to continually optimise your marketing.
- Stay up to date with marketing trends, tools and best practice within healthcare publishing.

Must-haves
- Experience in a marketing role, creating and delivering successful campaigns across multiple channels.
- A strong understanding of digital marketing, including email marketing, SEO, social media and PPC.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience using marketing tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.
- A creative eye combined with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities.
Nice-to-haves
- A background in publishing, healthcare or education marketing.
