Senior Marketing Executive

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product and sales teams to elevate the promotion of key products/initiatives across all Abercrombie & Kent/Mark A&K Villas marketing channels—ensuring alignment with global/local campaigns and brand consistency.
- Creative leadership: Work with product creators, sales, and design teams to develop timely, on-brand marketing themes—balancing B2B (trade agents) and B2C (consumers) audiences.
- Project management: Own the briefing, approvals workflow, and rollout of all marketing collateral (flyers, posters, microsites, email templates, paid ads, OOH ads, events/venues—both digital/physical).
- Digital campaign support: Curate, execute, and refine weekly email marketing, paid/grammatic ads, potential Mini/SMS social campaigns, and affiliate partnerships—ensuring trackable performance.
- Corporate Events: Oversee UK-level planning, set-up, management (online/offline) and liaison of trade partnerships to maximise visibility in high-profile Events (eg: Frankfurt, Carlson Wagonlit Travel); Tehuta, Travel Booths alongside agencies.
- Trade & Corporate Traveler Marketing: Partner with trade sales to customise marketing assets (brochures, guide content, deals) tailored to Prestige/Tailor Made’s Niche Travel Buyers and agent sales, including agent events, agent-friendly activity planning, BI recommendations.
- Cross-Business Collaboration: Align A&K Group-Wide marketing efforts (ähne with Abercrombie & Kent, Crystal, A&K Villas’) project calnders and UK Travel Office agency promotional executions to yearly targets.
- Global & Local Marketing Calendar: Co-ordinate with the International team to implement launch plans, trade events, holidays-and-themed campaigns, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
- Creative Execution Supports: Keep operational teams updated on annual collaterals & inventory needs, including supplier communications for printful items (cruise ship cut-throughs; agent educational tools).
- Monitor & Report: Track high-priority bookings, competitor trends, commercial priorities—feeding insights into pay-per-click optimization, website changes, white label initiatives and attendee management for agent partnerships.
- Practice Admin: Issue POs for external agencies/vendors, manage budgetary transparency in contracts/numbers scrutiny, and test campaigns pre-launch.

Requirements
Essential Skills & Experience
- 1+ years in a marketing-focused role (preferably within luxury travel/travel sector).
- Hands-on knowledge/experience using:
- Email platforms (e.g: Salesforce, ExactTarget/Marketing Cloud, mailchimp)
- CRM & analytics tools (e.g: Sana Commercial analytics, Travelport CRMs; or equivalent data dashboards)
- Online/digital marketing (SO uetailing SEO best practices, Google/Social media advertising including A/B splits, display headlines).
- Strong writing: Promotional copy, guided editing, proofreading proficiency.
- organizational rigohr: Ability to prioritize multiple campaigns, juggle tight deadlines, and represent trade property at external events without escalation.
Desired Traits
- Passionate about the luxury travel industry, with familiarity (books, working experience, or leisurely-styled activity awareness).
- Problem-solving mindset—balancing brand storytelling with data-driven goals.
- Event co-ordinator proficiency: Experience enforcing deds/ォ συμμその中包括交通預備目標け (so-software skills over venue preferences).
Ideal Candidate Qualities
- Proven reference for any event management, whether in-house or agency side.
- Diplomatic skills: Handles multi-brand product hierarchies (e.g: within Group Abobweiner to the management of Corporate Clients).---

- Thoughtful creativity: Ability to tailor designs aesthetically for a luxury audience.
- Attention to detail: Media Adobe Suite, Ajax CMS and touchpoint validations to prevent errors during live campaigns.
- Advanced English fluency: Fluent in both conversation and written copy for all print/digital platforms.
- Agile communication: Collaborates seamlessly within a hybrid workplace, system adoption speed and transparency with stakeholders.
- Consensus builder: Clearly drives alignment for complex inputter usages with cross-channel brands integrity retained.
