Marketing Manager – Bluebird Care

Location: Winchester, Eastleigh & Romsey Contract: Office (supports across Winchester/Andover/Petersfield/Burnham) Salary: £32,000 – £37,000 per annum (FTE equivalent for 25-hour part-time role) Negotiable hours for the right candidate

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop, implement, and refine the marketing strategy to drive brand growth and lead generation
  • Budgeting & reporting: Set targets, monitor performance, and ensure ROI-driven decisions
  • Collaborate closely with Senior Leadership and sales teams

Brand & Communications

  • Ensure a consistent, high-quality brand representation across all touchpoints (website, digital platforms, collateral)
  • Own PR efforts, crafting press releases and securing media coverage
  • Coordinate a multi-stakeholder communications calendar for clients, partners, healthcare professionals, and charities

  • Manage digital marketing channels (SEO, paid advertising, website optimisation, social media, and online listings)

Relationship & Partner Management

  • Nurture relationships with:
    • Local media

Requirements

Essential

  • 1+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within health & social care or service-led sectors
  • Strong digital marketing skills (covers SEO, PPC, CMS, and lead generation)
  • Experience with PR, content creation, and design
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on ROI and KPIs
  • Commercial awareness and budget management expertise
  • Full UK driving licence (essential for business travel)

Desirable

  • A marketing qualification (not compulsory, but advantageous)
  • Creative confidence and ability to translate strategy into engaging materials
