At Cynergy Bank, we're looking for a curious, creative and organised Marketing Executive to join our team in a newly created role.
This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience across multiple areas of marketing while working alongside experienced professionals who will support your development. From events and social media to campaigns, content creation, PR and analytics, you'll play a meaningful role in helping us tell the Cynergy Bank story and engage our customers.

What's the Opportunity?
This is a 12-month fixed-term contract and a newly created position within our Marketing team.
You'll work closely with the Senior Marketing Officer, Digital Communications Manager and wider Marketing team to deliver campaigns, events, content and communications that support our ambitious growth plans. No two days are likely to be the same. One day you could be supporting a customer event, the next creating website content, helping develop thought leadership for senior leaders, analysing campaign performance or exploring how AI can help us work more effectively.
We're looking for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a collaborative environment and is excited by the opportunity to make a real contribution from day one.

How You Will Make An Impact
- Support the planning and delivery of virtual and in-person events.
- Create and proofread content for our website, social media channels and customer communications.
- Support marketing campaigns and initiatives across the business.
- Assist with thought leadership content, award submissions and speaking opportunities.
- Coordinate marketing materials, newsletters and promotional activity.
- Work with external agencies and partners.
- Track campaign performance and provide insights to improve future activity.
- Support multiple projects simultaneously within a fast-paced environment.
- Utilise AI tools to support content creation, research and campaign delivery.
What You Will Bring
- Around 2 years' marketing experience.
- Strong written communication skills and excellent attention to detail.
- A proactive approach and willingness to learn.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Experience using a website CMS.
- Knowledge of Photoshop and/or InDesign.
- An interest in digital marketing, technology and AI tools.
- A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for working as part of a team.
- A relevant degree would be beneficial but is not essential.
