Marketing Executive Location: Leicester Salary: £32,000 + excellent benefits
Are you an organised marketing professional who enjoys building relationships, coordinating events and helping win new business?
We're looking for a Marketing Executive to join a highly regarded professional services firm with an outstanding reputation for its culture, employee development and client service.
This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You'll work closely with Partners and senior stakeholders to deliver business development initiatives, organise events, support new business opportunities and help raise the firm's profile across the region.
What you'll be doing
- Supporting Partners and fee earners with business development plans and activities
- Producing proposals, presentations and credentials for new business opportunities
- Coordinating and supporting tender submissions
- Organising seminars, webinars, networking events and client hospitality
- Attending external networking events and awards evenings
- Managing follow-up actions from business development meetings
- Maintaining and developing the CRM database
- Coordinating submissions for legal directories
- Promoting content across social media channels
- Supporting PR activity and internal communications
- Producing marketing collateral, delegate packs and presentation materials
- Working with colleagues across multiple offices on a variety of marketing and business development projects

About you
You'll already have experience in a marketing or business development role and enjoy working with a wide range of stakeholders.
You'll ideally have:
- Experience within a professional services environment such as legal, accountancy, consultancy, property or engineering
- Strong organisational and project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience creating professional presentations and marketing materials
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders
- Good attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience using CRM systems
- Previous exposure to tenders or proposals would be an advantage, but training will be provided
