The Role

The Marketing Executive is responsible for promoting Space Station through original social media content, local marketing activity, and community-led charity initiatives. The role combines creative marketing, brand awareness, social media management, and strong organizational skills to help build and enhance the Space Station brand. Working closely with and providing administrative support to the Head of Marketing, the Marketing Executive will take ownership of local marketing plans, coordinate charity activity, and support the delivery of engaging campaigns across digital and offline channels.

The Marketing Executive reports to the Head of Marketing and works closely with internal teams, local site colleagues, and external partners where required to deliver effective marketing, charity, and community engagement activity. The role is office-based for at least three days per week.

Who We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone with a background in marketing and social media, through either experience or a Marketing/Business degree. Experience in the Hub Spot CRM system would be an advantage.

The role requires someone who is organized, a confident communicator with a high attention to detail. This is a multi-faceted role which involves dealing with a variety of responsibilities; so a self-starter who can prioritize, work independently, and manage their day effectively will enjoy this position.

What You’ll Do

  • Create, plan, and manage Space Station’s social media, Google Business Profile, and email strategies; and track, evaluate, and report regularly on performance
  • Provide administration support to the Head of Marketing
  • Manage and coordinate the Space Station charity initiative
  • Organize and manage the mystery shopping programme
  • Create content for promotional materials and newsletters
  • Manage the marketing material stock
  • Liaise with internal local marketing teams
  • Liaise with external suppliers to provide leaflets and marketing materials
