Marketing Executive
Remote
Main Duties:
- Ensure that marketing activity is planned and executed in a timely manner with attention to detail.
- Check the accuracy of website content and coordinate and execute content changes (WordPress).
- Manage quarterly, medium-sized, multi-channel investment campaigns.
- Update a range of branded social media accounts (Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook).
- Create and send out a range of emails and mailings to support business growth.
- Manage monthly client newsletter, managing content, checking the accuracy of data provided.
- Collate monthly reports on marketing activity, website, and social media analytics.

Design (desirable not essential):
- Film and edit in-house videos for use in collateral, website, and social media.
- Create client-facing documentation using existing brand templates.
- Create marketing materials such as infographics, case studies, and multi-page guides using templates and design packages to drop in text and images (InDesign).
- Create and amend images for social media (Photoshop).
Essential Experience/Skills:
- Experience with working in WordPress.
- A solid communicator who can send out emails through dot mailer (or a similar system).
- Passionate and driven marketer that possesses an exceptional grasp of written English with a fanatical attention to detail.
- Excellent management skills, able to prioritize effectively and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to use Word, Excel, Internet, and email software packages.
- Ability to work in an agile, fast-paced environment.

Desirable Experience/Skills:
- A CIM-qualified marketer who already has proven experience in a marketing department (Professional Certificate or higher).
Experience:
- A minimum of 2 years Marketing experience at a similar level, ideally within financial services.
- Experience with InDesign and/or Photoshop desirable but not essential.
