Marketing Executive
Location: Guy Machinery Ltd, Gisburn, Lancashire
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

Guy Machinery Ltd is looking for an experienced and creative Marketing Executive to join our friendly team at our base in Gisburn.
Working across both the Guy Machinery and GML-ATV brands, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging marketing activity for our agricultural machinery, trailers, ATVs, UTVs, parts and service departments.
This is a varied, hands-on role that would suit someone who enjoys creating content, managing campaigns and bringing fresh ideas to a growing business.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing the Guy Machinery and GML-ATV social media channels
- Planning, creating and scheduling engaging social media content
- Producing photography and video content for products, customer handovers, events and campaigns
- Designing graphics, adverts, brochures, stock lists and promotional materials
- Creating and managing email marketing campaigns and newsletters
- Updating website content and product listings
- Supporting the organisation and promotion of agricultural shows, events and open days
- Planning and managing paid social media advertising campaigns
- Monitoring campaign performance, engagement and marketing results
- Working with different departments to promote machinery, vehicles, parts and workshop services
- Developing new ideas to grow brand awareness and customer engagement

About You
The successful candidate will have:
- A minimum of three years’ experience working in a marketing role or similar position
- Experience managing business social media accounts
- Strong content creation, copywriting and communication skills
- Experience using Canva, Meta Business Suite and CapCut
- Confidence creating both photography and video content
- Excellent organisation skills and the ability to manage several projects at once
- A creative, proactive and enthusiastic approach
- Strong attention to detail
- The ability to work independently and as part of a wider team
- An agricultural background or an understanding of the farming and agricultural machinery industry would be highly desirable.
