About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and organised Marketing Executive to join the iSAM Securities marketing team. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to gain hands-on experience across various marketing disciplines within a fast-growing institutional financial services business.

You will collaborate closely with internal teams—Sales, Trading, Legal, and Compliance—while taking ownership of projects and contributing fresh ideas.

This is a broad generalist role, ideal for a proactive individual passionate about financial markets and comfortable working across multiple channels and initiatives. Your exposure will cover:

  • Events management (industry conferences and business-hosted events)
  • Digital campaigns
  • Partnerships
  • Public relations (PR)
  • Website optimisation
  • Content development (blogs, collateral, thought leadership)

Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and execution of end-to-end marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
  • Contribute to the creation and distribution of marketing content, including:
    • Blogs
    • Collateral
    • Thought leadership materials
  • Assist with event planning and execution (industry conferences and hosted events)
  • Co-ordinate email marketing campaigns, ensuring:
    • Accuracy in targeting
    • Alignment with branded messaging
    • Performance tracking
  • Support paid partnerships, PR initiatives, and brand awareness strategies
  • Aid with website updates and optimisation, ensuring:
    • Content accuracy
    • Alignment with business messaging
  • Help manage and track marketing budgets
  • Collaborate with Sales, Trading, Legal, and Compliance teams to ensure initiatives align with:
    • Business priorities
    • Regulatory requirements
  • Assist with:
    • Product launches
    • Lead generation initiatives
    • Brand development projects
  • Provide general marketing support across the broader iSAM group as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in one of the following (or related field):
    • Marketing
    • Business
    • Communications
  • 1–2 years of marketing experience, including:
    • Relevant internship or university placement
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to:
    • Manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
  • A proactive mindset, coupled with:
    • Confidence in task ownership
    • Willingness to generate new ideas
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Acute attention to detail, paired with:
    • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams
  • Interest in financial markets/current affairs
  • Commitment to learning, adapting, and growing in a fast-paced environment
