Role Description
This full-time, remote Marketing Executive and Social Media Manager role is responsible for planning and executing marketing activities that support 3D Tact’s brand and business growth. The role includes:
- Developing and implementing marketing strategies
- Coordinating campaigns across digital channels
- Managing social media accounts to increase visibility and engagement
Daily tasks involve:
- Creating and scheduling social media content
- Monitoring performance analytics
- Adjusting campaigns based on data and market feedback
The position also involves:
- Conducting market research
- Supporting sales initiatives with targeted marketing materials
- Collaborating with technical and leadership teams to communicate complex solutions in clear, compelling ways
The Marketing Executive and Social Media Manager is expected to:
- Maintain a consistent brand voice
- Stay current on industry trends
- Contribute to long-term marketing planning
Qualifications
- Skills in Market Planning and Marketing to design and execute effective strategies and campaigns.
- Skills in Market Research to analyze industry trends, audience needs, and competitive activity.
- Strong Communication skills to convey technical concepts clearly and create engaging marketing and social media content.
- Sales and Marketing skills to support lead generation, nurture prospects, and align messaging with business objectives.

Experience
- Experience managing social media platforms, content calendars, and performance metrics for B2B or technology-focused organizations.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple projects, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Additional Skills
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and basic design or content creation tools is beneficial.
Education
- A relevant degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, ideally with interest in technology or manufacturing sectors.
