AP&C (Apple Print & Creative) | Newbury, Berkshire | Full-time, Office-based

About the role

AP&C is a full-service integrated marketing agency, working with B2B and B2C clients across marketing, creative, events, print, logistics and promotional merchandise. We're looking for a Marketing Executive to join our team and help plan, deliver and optimise campaigns across a portfolio of client accounts.

Day-to-day, you'll be working closely with our Account and Campaign Managers, creating content, managing campaign assets, and supporting reporting across digital, email, social and web channels. It's a great opportunity for someone 1-2 years into their marketing career who wants hands-on agency experience and genuine room to grow.

Reports to: Head of Marketing

What you'll be doing

  • Supporting the setup, delivery and optimisation of campaigns across digital, email, social, web and content channels
  • Creating, editing and proofreading content for emails, landing pages, websites and social media
  • Assisting with content planning and scheduling across digital platforms
  • Compiling campaign reports and helping spot opportunities for optimisation
  • Supporting client presentations and internal planning meetings
  • Building your knowledge of B2B and B2C marketing and agency services as you go

What we're looking for

Essential

  • 1-2 years' experience in a marketing role (agency preferred)
  • Good understanding of digital marketing channels: email, social, paid media, SEO
  • Strong written communication and content creation skills
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail
  • Comfortable using reporting and analytics tools

We also welcome applications from recent marketing degree graduates. While the role is suited to someone with a little agency or client-side experience, we're happy to consider strong graduate candidates and can offer training and development plans to support your growth with us.

Nice to have

  • Experience with HubSpot, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Business Suite or similar
  • Familiarity with GA4, Whatagraph, SEMrush or other reporting tools
  • B2B and/or B2C marketing experience
  • A marketing qualification (not essential, we care more about attitude and aptitude)

Salary

£28,000.00-£32,500.00 per year DOE

This is a fully office-based role, 5 days a week from our Newbury offices. Applicants will need to be able to reliably commute to Newbury every working day. Please note we are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this role, so applicants must already have the right to work in the UK.
