Your role at BRE
As a Marketing Executive, you'll support the planning and delivery of integrated marketing activity that promotes BREEAM and its value across the built environment sector.
This is a varied, hands-on role where you'll work across multiple channels and projects, helping to execute campaigns, create compelling content, support digital engagement and contribute to lead generation activities. You'll collaborate closely with technical specialists, commercial teams and external partners to ensure marketing activity is accurate, engaging and commercially effective.
Whether you're producing content, coordinating campaigns, supporting events and webinars or analysing performance data, your work will directly contribute to building awareness, generating demand and strengthening customer engagement.
Key responsibilities
- Support the planning and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns aligned with commercial priorities
- Create and manage high-quality content across digital and marketing channels
- Coordinate activity across the website, email marketing and LinkedIn
- Support the execution, reporting and optimisation of email marketing campaigns
- Translate technical and complex information into clear, audience-focused messaging
- Assist with the delivery of webinars, events and thought leadership initiatives
- Work with external agencies and suppliers to deliver marketing activity and assets
- Monitor campaign performance and provide insights to improve future activity
- Ensure all marketing communications are accurate, consistent and aligned with brand guidelines

What we're looking for
We're looking for a proactive marketing professional who combines strong communication skills with excellent organisation and attention to detail.
You will ideally have:
- Experience supporting or delivering marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Strong content creation and copywriting skills with the ability to adapt messages for different audiences
- Experience using digital marketing channels, including websites, email marketing and social media platforms such as LinkedIn
- The ability to translate complex or technical information into engaging and accessible content
- Excellent planning and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
- A data-driven mindset, with the ability to use performance insights to improve marketing activity
- High attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work
- A willingness to learn and develop knowledge of sustainability, the built environment and BREEAM

Work Location Options
Mostly Remote – This role is primarily home-based, with occasional travel to our head office in Watford for planned meetings (2 times per month).
Our Recruitment Process
As part of our recruitment process we will be conducting 10-30 minute phone screening calls via an AI recruiter called Ryan with all shortlisted candidates. The information gathered from this screening will be used to help assess your suitability for the position.
