We’re looking for an ambitious and innovative Marketing Executive to join our award-winning organisation at an exciting time of growth.
Working across our case management and care in the home divisions, you’ll play a key role in bringing our marketing strategy to life. From creating engaging campaigns and compelling content to supporting lead generation, strengthening brand awareness and reaching the right audiences, you’ll have the opportunity to make a real difference from day one.
This is a varied and hands-on role where no two days will be the same. You’ll work closely with teams across the organisation, bringing fresh ideas, creativity and insight to everything you do. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you’ll help deliver impactful campaigns, support key business priorities and use data and performance insights to continually improve our marketing activity.
You’ll be joining a fast-paced, collaborative environment where marketing is valued, ideas are welcomed and your contribution will be seen. Whether you’re developing content, supporting campaigns, helping to grow our digital presence or finding new ways to engage our audiences, you’ll have the opportunity to take ownership and see the direct impact of your work.

Experience in the care sector, case management, healthcare, recruitment or a similar environment would be highly desirable, but we’re equally interested in your creativity, energy, ideas and ability to make things happen.

What you'll be doing:
- Bring marketing strategies to life – supporting key divisions with activity that drives visibility, engagement, and growth
- Plan, deliver, and continuously optimise integrated, multi-channel campaigns across the full customer journey
- Collaborate with external agency partners and internal specialists to deliver high-quality, on-brand activity
- Create and manage impactful marketing assets and communications, including email campaigns, collateral, and audience-led content
- Write, edit, and refine compelling copy across digital channels, ensuring consistency in tone and messaging
- Lead the planning and delivery of industry events, awards, sponsorships, and engagement initiatives that strengthen our market presence
- Develop engaging social media activity, including the creation of dynamic video content
- Partner closely with Business Development, Operations, and wider teams to align marketing with commercial priorities and revenue growth
- Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance – turning data into actionable insights that improve results
What you'll have:
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent professional qualification)
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a marketing role, ideally within a fast-paced environment
- Experience within care sector, healthcare or similar sectors is essential
- Proven ability to develop and deliver effective multi-channel marketing activity that drives brand awareness and customer acquisition
- Confident copywriter, able to adapt tone and messaging for different audiences, channels, and objectives
- Strong social media management skillset and experience
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong working knowledge of key marketing tools, including email platforms, CRM systems and website CMSs
