Location: London, Hybrid - min of 3 days per week in the office

About The Role
We are looking for a creative and driven Marketing Executive to help raise our profile, generate leads and showcase the exciting projects that shape communities across the UK. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced middleweight, all-rounder marketing professional, particularly someone with experience in highways and structures, urban design, transport andto parking policy, active travel and road safety, to work on impactful campaigns, collaborate with industry experts and play a key role in supporting the continued growth of our business.
What You Will Be Doing
- Lead the development and implementation of Project Centre’s marketing strategy, driving lead generation, positioning within the industry and brand awareness within budget and in line with internal revenue and growth targets.
- Coordinate and deliver marketing activities assigned by key stakeholders within PCL, leading discussions and meetings with internal stakeholders where required.
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels, including social media, email marketing and website content.
- Support the production of key industry events and conferences including leading on presence, profile in the industry, thought leadership in terms of speaking positions and articles. Oversee the end-to-end event planning process in partnership with suppliers and team members.
- Develop and maintain a proactive social media strategy, creating engaging content tailored to target audiences.
- Produce marketing materials including website content, social media posts, video scripts, presentations, printed brochures and other collateral.
- Monitor, analyse and report on marketing performance, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activity, target audiences and new marketing opportunities.
- Manage and maintain online directories, company profiles, reviews and reputation management platforms.
- Support the development of junior marketing team members, including apprentices or assistants where applicable.
- Maintain and build relationships with key suppliers ensuring production best practice, cost efficiency, timeline management and value for money.
- Assist with marketing administration, including raising purchase orders, supplier coordination and event logistics.
- Support the design and delivery of internal communications initiatives across the business.
- Ensure all marketing activities align with Project Centre and Marston Holdings brand guidelines and best practice across durable and re-usable templates and collateral.

What You Will Bring
- Must hold a CIM Level 4 qualification, or a recognised qualification in Digital Marketing, Social Media, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences and channels.
- Excellent internal network building and stakeholder relationship building skills with ability to adapt within a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage supplier relationships and ensure best value for money in products and services procured.
- Strong proofreading, editing and attention to detail skills.
- Demonstrable experience managing social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn, to engage target audiences.
- Experience updating and managing website content, ideally using WordPress.
- Proven ability to plan, deliver, monitor and evaluate marketing, communications or digital campaigns.
- Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Experience analysing digital marketing metrics and producing meaningful performance reports.
- Good understanding of SEO principles and PPC advertising campaigns.
- Proficiency in CANVA, LinkedIn marketing, Microsoft suite, Wordpress, Google Analytics and CRM desired.
