Key Accountabilities
- Execution of marketing activities in line with global marketing strategy, agreed yearly priorities and in line with company objectives.
- Mortgage club & networks marketing – Support the planning, procedure, implementation, tracking and measurement of marketing campaigns for club & network strategy.
- Event management of all West One related events. Focus on club & networks tradeshows and exhibitions, additionally supporting on all wider West One events.
- Brand marketing – Working closely with the Head of Marketing to create exciting new marketing content for the broker audience to promote West One. Ensure that the organisation’s brand and identity is adhered to in campaigns and in all communication channels.
- Content, PR & communications – Creating and supporting delivery of content marketing strategy, PR and communications plans as well as copywriting of case studies and industry blogs.
- Campaign planning – Willingness to plan, implement and report on marketing campaigns.
- Digital Marketing Mix - Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels across the marketing mix – including email marketing strategies, digital automation campaigns, social media, pay per click campaigns, lead generation campaigns.
- HubSpot CRM - Utilising HubSpot CRM for website CMS, digital campaign scheduling, email marketing, automation strategies and full database management.
- Social media – Plan and execute social media strategy for West One.

Skills & Competencies
- Demonstrable experience of email marketing, PR/Communications, CMS management and reporting
- Campaign management and reporting
- Excellent copywriting and proof-reading skills
Knowledge & Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years marketing experience in a similar role is essential.
- Experience within real-estate/property or specialist finance industry is desirable.
