With significant plans for continued growth, we're investing seriously in our marketing function to support that ambition and we're looking for a driven Marketing Executive to join our high-performing Group Marketing Team.

The Role

This is a hands-on, varied role within a busy marketing team, covering everything from social media and content to campaign delivery and performance reporting across multiple brands and sites.

You will assist in the planning, creation and delivery of multi-channel marketing activity across a diverse portfolio of allocated brands. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, award-winning environment where no two days are the same.

What You'll Do

  • Plan, create, and schedule content across social media, website, and other digital channels for multiple brands.
  • Support the delivery of marketing campaigns from brief through to execution and reporting.
  • Assist with the planning and promotion of events, launches, and site activity across the group.
  • Monitor and report on campaign and channel performance.
  • Liaise with external agencies and suppliers on advertising, print, and digital media.
  • Support brand consistency across all customer touchpoints, sites, and brands.
  • Work closely with sales and aftersales teams to align marketing activity with business priorities.
  • Collaborate with the wider marketing team and assist when required.

What You'll Bring

  • Degree in Marketing / Digital Marketing / Business
  • At least 1 year's experience in a marketing role, agency, or relevant placement — we're open to strong graduates as well as more experienced candidates.
  • Strong written communication skills and an eye for detail.
  • Confident using social media platforms and basic content creation tools (e.g. Canva, CapCut, or similar).
  • Hands-on experience managing Meta paid advertising campaigns through Ads Manager
  • Some experience with website CMS platforms or email marketing tools is an advantage.
  • A proactive, organised approach — comfortable managing multiple campaigns and deadlines at once.
  • Full driving licence, with travel between local sites as required.
