JOB TITLE: Marketing Executive
SALARY: £30,000-£35,000
LOCATION: Basingstoke
We’re looking for a proactive, hands-on Marketing Executive to support the delivery of ResourceiT’s marketing activity at an exciting stage of growth.
This role will play a key part in bringing our new brand to life, supporting internal marketing, and contributing to campaign delivery for ResourceiT and, at times, for client work.
You’ll work closely with the Demand Generation and Creative teams, gaining exposure to brand, content, and digital marketing in a fast-paced agency environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Supporting Our Rebrand and Rollout
- Support the delivery of the rebrand and launch across key channels
- Coordinate copy and design resources to update marketing materials, templates, and brand assets
- Assist with website updates, including content, imagery, and basic SEO, leveraging resources as required
- Help to coordinate the internal rollout and ensure consistency across touchpoints
- Work with teams to maintain tone of voice and messaging consistency

Marketing Campaign and Content Support
- Create and schedule content across LinkedIn, email, and the website
- Coordinate resources to execute the marketing campaign plan, including blogs, case studies, newsletters, social content, webinars, events, and campaign promotion
Digital and Website Support
- Maintain and update website content and landing pages, leveraging additional resources as necessary
- Support basic SEO improvements and content optimisation
- Monitor campaign performance and website activity, with guidance
Organisation and Marketing Operations
- Update CRM and marketing systems with campaign activity and performance
- Support lead management and data hygiene
- Stay organised across multiple projects and deadlines

- Support campaign planning and execution alongside the Demand Generation team
- Assist with email, social, and content creation for campaigns
- Help to track performance and prepare reporting summaries
- Occasionally support client campaign delivery when needed
PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Essential skills:
- 3-5 years’ experience in a marketing role, ideally gained in the IT industry
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good knowledge and understanding of current digital marketing tools, including social, email, content, and websites
- Good organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and take ownership of project execution
Desirable skills:
- Experience in a B2B or agency environment
- Basic understanding of SEO, paid media or analytics
- Experience using CMS platforms or marketing tools
