As a Marketing Executive – DRS
As a Marketing Executive – DRS, you will own and deliver marketing activity across the DRS portfolio, supporting revenue growth, lead generation and market positioning.
You will work closely with sales, product and regional teams to develop targeted campaigns, manage the full marketing funnel and ensure strong alignment between marketing activity and commercial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and deliver end-to-end marketing activity for the DRS portfolio, aligning campaigns to commercial targets and growth objectives.
- Develop targeted marketing plans for training programmes, including full funnel activity (awareness, consideration, conversion).
- Define and refine audience segmentation and value propositions across key global regions.
- Work closely with Sales and Commercial teams to manage lead generation, lead flow and conversion performance.
- Deliver integrated campaigns across channels, applying best practice in campaign planning and execution.
- Support the delivery of key initiatives, including major events and strategic campaigns within the DRS portfolio.

About You
You are a commercially minded marketing professional with experience delivering integrated campaigns and driving lead generation. You enjoy working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and are confident managing multiple priorities across different markets.
You bring a data-driven approach to your work, using insights to inform decisions and continuously improve campaign performance.
You’ll bring:
- Experience developing and delivering end-to-end marketing plans and campaigns.
- Strong understanding of integrated marketing and multi-channel campaign delivery.
- Experience supporting lead generation activity and working towards commercial targets.
- Confidence working with stakeholders across teams, including Sales and Commercial functions.
- Good analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and apply insights.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A collaborative mindset and ability to build effective working relationships.
