You'll join a collaborative and supportive team that is passionate about developing junior talent, with structured training, mentoring, and clear progression opportunities from day one.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, social media, websites, and digital channels
  • Creating engaging marketing content, including email campaigns, social posts, and website updates
  • Assisting with CRM management, campaign reporting, and digital analytics
  • Working closely with colleagues across marketing, sales, and production to deliver successful international conferences

Requirements include:

  • A degree and a genuine interest in pursuing a career in marketing
  • Previous marketing or events experience through internships, placements, university projects, or part-time work is beneficial but not essential
  • Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail
  • Creative, proactive, and well-organised, with a willingness to learn and develop
