Premier Marinas is seeking to recruit a Marketing Executive to join our friendly and professional team at our Head Office in Swanwick. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same.

This is a hands-on, customer-focused role involving a range of duties across marketing and branding and will include working some weekends and regular travel to our marinas locations.

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

  • Event planning and management experience, including all development, planning, and managing delivery (including staffing rotas, merchandise, and collateral)
  • Data analysis and customer insight, using survey tools, such as Survey Monkey to build and roll out customer surveys (Experience using Dot Digital desirable)
  • Brand management and asset control, working with external partners to create core brand assets
  • Content creation and copywriting. Working with suppliers to create customer-facing literature that is on brand.
  • Experience filing assets on a third-party file system (such as Box, Filecamp, etc)
  • Experience using design tools to create quick assets (such as Canva, Adobe Express) and implementing brand standards
  • Experience of Eventbrite or similar ticketing systems
  • Friendly, customer-focused, and confident communicating with a wide range of people
  • Experience managing a budget
  • Positive, enthusiastic, and happy to work as part of a team
  • Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in a busy marine environment, with occasional weekend work
  • Able to remain calm and professional under pressure
