Premier Marinas is seeking to recruit a Marketing Executive to join our friendly and professional team at our Head Office in Swanwick. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same.
This is a hands-on, customer-focused role involving a range of duties across marketing and branding and will include working some weekends and regular travel to our marinas locations.

What we’re looking for

We’d love to hear from you if you have:
- Event planning and management experience, including all development, planning, and managing delivery (including staffing rotas, merchandise, and collateral)
- Data analysis and customer insight, using survey tools, such as Survey Monkey to build and roll out customer surveys (Experience using Dot Digital desirable)
- Brand management and asset control, working with external partners to create core brand assets
- Content creation and copywriting. Working with suppliers to create customer-facing literature that is on brand.
- Experience filing assets on a third-party file system (such as Box, Filecamp, etc)
- Experience using design tools to create quick assets (such as Canva, Adobe Express) and implementing brand standards
- Experience of Eventbrite or similar ticketing systems
- Friendly, customer-focused, and confident communicating with a wide range of people
- Experience managing a budget
- Positive, enthusiastic, and happy to work as part of a team
- Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in a busy marine environment, with occasional weekend work
- Able to remain calm and professional under pressure
