Are you the type of person who loves figuring things out, testing ideas and making things happen?
Do you enjoy using AI tools, building campaigns, creating content and generating real business results?
If so, we’d love to hear from you.
About Us
Mobile Rocket is a growing software company serving over 230 temporary recruitment agencies across the UK and Europe.
Our software helps recruitment businesses automate onboarding, compliance, candidate engagement, shift management and timesheets.
We’re now looking for a Marketing & Growth Executive to help us generate more leads, build smarter marketing systems and support the next stage of growth.
This is not a corporate marketing role.
We’re not looking for someone to spend six months creating PowerPoint presentations and marketing strategies.
We’re looking for someone who enjoys getting things done.
The Role
Working directly with the leadership team, you’ll help drive pipeline generation through a mix of marketing, automation, AI and creative campaigns.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
