Marketing Executive – GOALS

Location: Head Office East Kilbride

Contract: 20-hour contract

Salary: Competitive + Benefits

About The Role

Join GOALS, the UK’s leading small-sided football operator, as our next Marketing Executive. You’ll help drive brand growth, community engagement, and player participation through creative digital marketing, social media, and email campaigns.

This is a hands-on role ideal for someone passionate about sport, marketing, and making a real impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and publish social media content (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X).
  • Manage email marketing campaigns in Klaviyo — newsletters, promotions, and event updates.
  • Analyse campaign performance to improve engagement and conversion rates.
  • Update and maintain the GOALS website, optimising content for SEO and user experience.
  • Support digital advertising, PPC, and content marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with agencies and club teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
  • Contribute to EDI (Equality, Diversity & Inclusion) initiatives such as Kick It Out.
  • Use Monday.com to manage marketing requests and campaign planning.

  • 1–2 years experience in a digital marketing, marketing executive, or social media executive role.
  • Skilled in content creation, copywriting, and email marketing.
  • Familiar with tools such as Klaviyo, Canva, Meta Business Suite, and Monday.com.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • A passion for football, sport, or community engagement is a plus!
