Your mission
Build H3O Digital's marketing function from the ground up. As our first ever Marketing Executive you will own hands-on execution across the full marketing mix, working closely with our CCO and COO to grow brand awareness, increase market penetration and generate the high quality leads that fuel our sales pipeline.
Your day to day will include:
- Shaping and delivering the marketing plan, tracking performance and reporting on what is working
- Delivering our brand, website and LinkedIn relaunch, refreshing our positioning and improving lead capture and conversion
- Building and running our demand generation engine across content, video, social, email, SEO, PPC, webinars and events
- Developing our content and thought leadership programme from a standing start, including our blog, whitepapers and customer stories
- Creating our AI and Microsoft Copilot narrative, positioning us credibly on responsible AI adoption for enterprises
- Helping productise and market our proprietary IP, giving each product a clear identity and engagement model
- Managing marketing spend, agencies and suppliers, and evidencing ROI as the budget scales
Your profile
You are a proactive, creative and commercially minded marketer who wants real ownership rather than a narrow slice of someone else's plan. You are comfortable working independently, thinking on your feet and keeping stakeholders informed in a hybrid, remote-first environment.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
