Marketing Executive – Festival of Marketing & PMW Unlocked

Overview

We’re looking for a proactive and organised Marketing Executive to join our team, supporting two of the UK’s leading marketing brands: Marketing Week and Performance Marketing World.

In this hands-on role, you’ll deliver integrated marketing campaigns that drive engagement, generate high-quality leads, and increase delegate registrations for our flagship events: Festival of Marketing and PMW Unlocked.

What Our Role Involves

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Coordinating and delivering multi-channel campaigns (email, social media, web, and paid channels).
  • Building emails, updating web pages, and creating assets in Canva (while also briefing designers).
  • Scheduling social content and ensuring on-time delivery of campaign activity.
  • Supporting performance tracking, analysing leads, registrations, and revenue drives.
  • Collaborating with marketing, events, and sales teams to align campaigns with delegate targets.

We need someone who: ✔ Thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. ✔ Is highly organised, with a strong ability to multitask and meet deadlines. ✔ Has a passion for marketing, events, or media. ✔ Can write compelling copy for various channels and troubleshoot issues proactively.

Responsibilities

🔹 Campaign Delivery

  • Help design and execute campaigns focused on lead generation and event registrations for both events.
  • Coordinate timelines, messaging, and assets to maintain campaign momentum.
  • Work with the team to keep initiatives on target and on schedule.

🔹 Content & Channels

  • Write and build emails, optimise web pages, and create social media content.
  • Support email, social media, web, and paid advertising campaigns.
  • Collaborate with design teams to produce campaign assets.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
