Marketing Executive

London | £30,000 | Full Time

Kafea Terra UK supplies premium coffee, equipment and solutions to coffee shops, restaurants, hotels, offices and hospitality businesses across the UK.

We’re looking for a creative and organised Marketing Executive to help grow our brands and support our customers.

This is a hands-on role. You’ll be managing social media, creating content, visiting customer locations, supporting events and helping deliver marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

This role is based between our Camden office and customer locations across London, with occasional travel elsewhere in the UK.

What you’ll be doing

  • Managing our social media channels
  • Creating photo and video content for digital marketing campaigns
  • Responding to comments, messages and community engagement across all platforms
  • Visiting customer locations to create content and strengthen relationships
  • Supporting customer events, trade shows and exhibitions
  • Updating websites and online marketing materials
  • Supporting email marketing campaigns
  • Monitoring our Amazon store
  • Coordinating photographers, designers and other creative partners when required
  • Helping grow awareness of our brands across the hospitality sector
  • Identifying, contacting and managing relationships with influencers, creators and brand partners to grow awareness of our brands
  • Supporting Google Ads and other digital advertising campaigns, monitoring performance and helping optimise results.

What we’re looking for

  • Experience in marketing, social media or content creation
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Comfortable creating content using a smartphone and basic editing tools
  • Confident meeting customers and representing the business professionally
  • Comfortable travelling regularly across London and occasionally throughout the UK
  • Experience with Canva, website updates and digital marketing tools is desirable
  • Hospitality, coffee or food & beverage experience is a bonus but not essential

Salary & Benefits

  • £30,000 salary
  • Annual performance bonus of up to one month’s salary based on agreed KPIs

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday
  • 9:30am – 5:30pm
  • 37.5 hours per week
