The Company:
Our client is a Wealth Management company based in the City of London, highly recognised with a fantastic reputation.
The Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Marketing Executive to provide support to the Wealth Management company within a dynamic Marketing team. This is a generalist Marketing role covering events, campaigns, branding, and client communications.
- Support the client events programme – wine tastings, hospitality, conferences, and webinars.
- Confident to set up video and filming for events and in-house activities.
- Support the team to deliver the Wealth Management firm's virtual webinar programme and, over time, take the lead on managing some of the webinars.
- Research event options and book tickets on an ad hoc basis for Investment Managers and Partners across the business, ensuring where possible that the Gift and Entertainment policy is adhered to.
- Manage and update the Wealth Management websites, ensuring content, literature, and the 'our people' sections are kept up to date. Support with Social Media Marketing and Digital content.
- Take ownership of the Wealth Management firm's literature suite, making monthly updates to the pitch presentation, quarterly updates to the DDQ, and ad hoc updates to sales aids and brochures – ensuring branding is in line with the guidelines.
- Where required, assist with content generation for the Wealth Management firm's weekly client communication.
- Ensure that the firm's merchandise stock is always available and work with team members on the production of new merchandise – liaising with the merchandise provider, checking proofs are consistent with brand guidelines and delivery.
- Support the marketing team on projects and Marketing Campaigns they are leading as and when required, as well as general Marketing administration that is required.

The Candidate:

- At least 1-2 years’ Marketing experience, ideally from a financial or professional services organisation.
- Excellent written and communication skills with a strong eye for detail and design.
- Experience of website maintenance and confident to manage technical setups for in-house filming when required.
- Event management experience.
- Must be self-motivated with the ability to work well in a small team and take own initiative.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
- Strong organisational skills are a must.
- Digital and social marketing experience would be preferable.
- Must be proficient in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
