Marketing executive
CapRelease is building its marketing function and is looking for a creative, early-career marketer who writes well, understands social content and enjoys turning ideas into campaigns that go live. Working directly with the CMO, you will help take campaigns from brief to launch while creating the day-to-day content that supports them.

Reports to: Kevan Bishonden, CMO and co-founder
Location: London, hybrid (2 to 3 days per week in the office)
Contract: Full-time, permanent
Salary: £28,000 to £33,000, depending on experience
What you will do
- Work with the CMO to plan and deliver integrated campaigns across paid social, organic social, email, landing pages, partner channels and events.
- Help take campaigns from brief to launch, coordinating timelines, messaging, content, landing pages, tracking and follow-up.
- Create day-to-day social content, including written posts, simple graphics, carousels and short-form video.
- Help run paid campaigns alongside the CMO, including set-up, creative testing, budget monitoring, optimisation and reporting.
- Run the newsletter and help build campaign emails and nurture sequences.
- Build and improve campaign landing pages in Webflow and help deliver co-branded activity with our 3PL partners.
- Turn customer, partner and company stories into social content, campaign assets and proof points.
- Track performance across social, paid media, email and landing pages, then turn the results into clear next steps.

What we are looking for
- Around 1 to 2 years of hands-on marketing experience. Internships, agency, in-house and freelance work all count.
- Hands-on experience creating social content: written posts, graphics, carousels or short-form video.
- Confidence using accessible creative tools such as Canva, Figma or CapCut. No formal design or video training needed.
- Clear, natural writing and good judgement about what will engage an audience.
- Curiosity, organisation and the confidence to contribute ideas.

What we offer
- Salary of £28,000 to £33,000, depending on experience.
- Hybrid working, typically 2 to 3 days per week in our London office.
- 23 days of annual leave, plus UK bank and public holidays, and your birthday off.
- The option to purchase up to five additional days of annual leave each year.
- Workplace pension, with employee contributions matched up to 5%, subject to eligibility.
- Daily access to the CMO and a weekly one-to-one for priorities, feedback and development.
