About the Role
We're looking for a well-rounded Marketing Executive to join our team and take ownership of all day-to-day marketing activities. This is a varied, hands-on role covering a broad range of digital and traditional marketing practices.

You will manage the marketing function independently while working closely with colleagues across the business to promote our products and services, generate enquiries and help strengthen our online presence. We're looking for someone who can confidently manage and optimise our advertising campaigns, website, and social media accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging content for our website and social media pages.
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility.
- Manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and other platforms.
- Monitor marketing performance using analytics tools and produce regular performance reports.
- Manage our social media channels and maintain a consistent brand presence.
- Create marketing materials including brochures, graphics, presentations, and other promotional assets.
- Support exhibitions, events, and product launches with high-quality content and promotional campaigns.
- Work with members of the team to develop technical content and case studies.
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels.
- Identify opportunities to improve marketing performance and recommend new initiatives.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- High attention to detail.
- Creative thinking with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing data.
- Good understanding of SEO, PPC, social media, and design.
- Competent using content management systems (CMS), Google Ads, SEO tools, and creative software.
- Confident using Microsoft Office applications.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience in a marketing role.
- Able to manage websites using a content management system (CMS).
- Created high-engagement content for websites and social media.
- Optimised a website for search engines.
- Familiar with Google Analytics or similar reporting tools.
- Managed social media accounts for a business.
- Optimised Google Ads campaigns.
- Proficient in using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar design software.
- Residence and right to work in the UK.
Desirable Qualifications & Experience
- Degree (or equivalent qualification) in Marketing.
- Operated within engineering, manufacturing, or another B2B industry.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

- 37.5 Hour Working Week: Monday-Thursday: 08:30-17:00, Friday: 08:30-14:30.
