Marketing Executive

Kent | £32,000

Some marketers create content. Others build brands.

We’re partnering with a highly respected British manufacturer investing heavily in its next chapter. Off the back of a major brand transformation, website redevelopment and wider investment in both workplace and customer experience, the business is redefining its place within a specialist luxury product sector.

Their products feature in some of the world’s most impressive environments — from heritage buildings to luxury marine applications.

Now, they’re looking for a Marketing Executive who understands:

  • Storytelling
  • Brand perception
  • How great content influences buying decisions

This is a role for someone who wants to do more than “just post”.

The Opportunity

Join at exactly the right time, working alongside an experienced Marketing Manager and Graphic Designer.

You’ll have:

  • Real ownership of content
  • Genuine creative input
  • The chance to shape the next phase of the brand

The Role

You’ll be at the heart of the company’s content and communications, including:

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

  • Managing social media and content calendars
  • Creating engaging, brand-led content
  • Writing case studies and website copy
  • Coordinating photography and videography
  • Supporting campaigns and brand activity

It’s a hands-on, varied role:

  • One day: filming content on your phone and editing a reel
  • The next: briefing a videographer or developing a case study on a flagship project

You’ll be trusted to bring ideas, take ownership, and make things happen.

Who We’re Looking For

A commercially minded marketer (around 3 years’ experience) who thrives in a creative, fast-moving environment.

Ideally from a B2B, product-led sector such as:

  • Manufacturing
  • Construction
  • Interiors / design
  • Architecture or the built environment

You’ll be confident adapting your style — from technical content for contractors to more design-led storytelling for architects and end users.

You’ll probably be the type of person who:

  • Has a natural eye for branding and aesthetics
  • Enjoys storytelling and spotting the detail others miss
  • Loves creating content that actually feels like something
  • Takes pride in great copy and understanding tone of voice
  • Is confident managing social channels and planning content
  • Uses tools like Canva, CapCut or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Brings ideas forward rather than waiting to be asked
  • Is organised, proactive, and enjoys owning their work

  • The chance to work on high-quality, design-led projects
  • Real influence over how a premium brand presents itself
  • 33 days annual leave
  • A social team and stunning offices (REALLY STUNNING)

If you’re looking for a role where your creativity is valued, your ideas are heard, and your work has visible impact- we’d love to hear from you.
