At APCOA, we’re not just managing parking—we’re shaping the future of urban mobility. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Executive to support and deliver impactful marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
This is a varied, hands-on role. From digital campaigns and website management to supporting app growth and on-the-ground promotions, you’ll play a key part in driving customer engagement, brand visibility, and revenue growth across the UK.
If you’re a well-rounded marketer with a passion for digital, an eye for detail, and a desire to make a real impact, this is your opportunity to grow within a fast-moving, innovative business.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and update website content, ensuring it remains engaging, accurate, and optimised for performance and conversion.
- Support the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital platforms, including social media, email, display, and affiliate platforms.
- Contribute to SEO, PPC, and overall digital performance improvements to increase visibility and engagement.
- Assist in delivering national and local marketing initiatives, promotions, and pricing campaigns in collaboration with operational teams.
- Create and manage marketing materials such as leaflets, posters, and digital assets, while maintaining strong brand consistency.
- Support exhibitions, events, and partnerships to enhance APCOA’s market presence.
- Work alongside the Lead Digital Executive on campaigns, competitions, and new growth opportunities.
- Contribute to the ongoing development and promotion of digital products (including mobile apps), supporting content updates, campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Analyse campaign performance and customer behaviour, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up to date with marketing trends, tools, and technologies to keep campaigns fresh and competitive.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
