About the Role
The Marketing Executive will support the delivery of best-in-class marketing strategies for a portfolio of luxury fragrance brands across the UK & Ireland. Working closely with the Marketing Manager, this role will execute locally adapted global marketing programmes, ensuring excellence in brand representation, retail activation, and consumer engagement.
This is a highly collaborative and dynamic role, requiring strong attention to detail, creativity, commercial awareness, and a passion for luxury brands.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Success will be measured on the achievement of annual wholesale and retail sales for each brand, with key metrics for NPD rankings, A&P budget management, profitability, and specific programs relating to the successful implementation of strategic brand marketing plans.

Retail & Brand Activations
- Support the Marketing Manager in the development and execution of 360 marketing campaigns for the UK&I
- Collaborate with external creative agencies to deliver promotional sites and window displays in line with global brand guidelines, ensuring high-quality execution within budget.
- Partner closely with Sales and Education Managers to ensure all marketing initiatives and activations are clearly communicated and effectively implemented across retail teams.
- Partner with boutique managers and manage boutique marketing calendar to ensure local partnerships are brand-aligned and executed in accordance with brand guidelines.

PR & Communications
- Assist the PR & Communications Manager with the planning, coordination, execution, and reporting of KOL and customer events, particularly during key retail periods and new product launches.

Marketing Reporting
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of local campaigns, events, and activations, providing clear reporting and insights to measure effectiveness and inform future strategies.

Retailers & Partnerships
- Collaborate with retail partners to plan and execute in-store activations, including developing proposals and securing approvals.
- Support the creation of retailer strategy presentations.
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams (Education, Communications, Commercial) to enhance collaboration and visibility of marketing initiatives.
- Align with global marketing teams on local strategy, ensuring consistency with key launch priorities.

Admin
- Maintain accurate budget trackers for PR and Marketing, ensuring spend aligns with forecasts.
- Coordinate timely payment of external suppliers.
- Ensure all presentations and materials are shared cross-functionally in line with global deadlines.
Person Specification
Knowledge and Skills
- 3 years marketing experience
- Core understanding of the relationship between Sales and Marketing within a retail, brand, or trade marketing role
- Must have some knowledge of high-end UK department store trade, ideally in beauty
- Proficiency in MS Office programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Ability to speak French would be advantageous

Qualifications & Education
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.
- A postgraduate qualification or professional certification in Marketing (e.g. CIM or equivalent) is advantageous.
- Demonstrated ongoing professional development or interest in luxury, beauty, or fragrance sectors preferred.
Additional Information
This role reports directly to the Marketing Manager. This role is London Office based (EC1) at least three days per week with flexibility to work from home - one to two days per week. Role includes travel across the UK and Ireland.
