JOB TYPE: Permanent INDUSTRY SECTOR: Build-to-Rent / Residential Property LOCATION: Office based with occasional remote working after 3 months. SALARY: £40,000-£50,000

  • Experience in residential property, co-working or multi-site hospitality.

My client are a high growth, award-winning leader in the dynamic Build-to-Rent sector with a growing portfolio of properties across the UK.

ABOUT THE ROLE

What you'll be doing

  • Own and deliver the end-to-end marketing and branding plans for both corporate identity and individual residential schemes.
  • Drive multi-channel digital and offline campaigns, including social media, website management, PR, and outdoor advertising.
  • Manage key relationships with external partners, including digital agencies, PR teams, and web developers.
  • Lead the creative curation of content for new site launches, coordinating on-site photography, videography, and collateral design.
  • Implement resident engagement initiatives, managing community channels, loyalty schemes, and feedback tools like NPS.
  • Analyse performance metrics and present ROI, cost-per-lead, and acquisition reports to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Review and propose innovative Proptech and software solutions, including the strategic adoption of AI tools.

ABOUT YOU

What we're looking for

  • 360° Marketing Experience: 4+ years' experience in a broad marketing role
  • Industry Background: Previous marketing experience within residential property, co-working or multi-site hospitality
  • Tech & Creative Savvy: Proficiency with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, WordPress, and a forward-thinking, positive attitude toward utilising AI
  • Execution & Strategy: Ability to comfortably pivot between day-to-day content delivery and long-term strategic planning
  • Soft Skills: Highly organised self-starter, proactive, and adaptive to changing priorities when managing multiple stakeholders.
