Role Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for luxury retail and marketing who is looking to develop into a Brand Manager role. The successful candidate will initially provide marketing support across our brand partners before taking ownership of selected watch brands and continuing to support the David M Robinson jewellery brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Senior Marketing Manager in the planning, delivery and evaluation of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple luxury watch and jewellery brands.
  • Coordinate marketing activity for internationally recognised brands including Rolex, Patek Philippe, Omega, Tudor, TAG Heuer, IWC Schaffhausen and David M Robinson's own jewellery collections.
  • Manage marketing calendars, campaign timelines and asset delivery, ensuring projects are completed accurately and on schedule.
  • Liaise with brand partners, internal departments, external agencies and suppliers to deliver marketing initiatives to the highest standard.
  • Assist with the planning and execution of boutique events, product launches, client experiences and brand activations.
  • Coordinate the creation and approval of marketing collateral across print, out of home, digital, social media, email and in-store, ensuring all activity complies with strict brand guidelines.
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports, providing insights and recommendations where appropriate.
  • Support visual merchandising, point-of-sale materials and in-store marketing activity across the business.
  • Support marketing budgets, invoices and administrative records with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Develop into the Brand Manager for selected luxury watch brands, taking responsibility for day-to-day relationships, campaign planning and execution while continuing to support the wider luxury brand portfolio.

About You

  • We are looking for someone who combines strong marketing fundamentals with a genuine enthusiasm for luxury brands and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in a marketing role, ideally within luxury retail, premium brands or a customer-focused environment.
  • A good understanding of marketing principles across digital, CRM and traditional channels.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Outstanding attention to detail and pride in producing work of the highest quality.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confidence working with internal stakeholders, external agencies and global brand partners.
  • Strong administrative skills and experience using Microsoft Office; experience with marketing platforms and project management systems would be advantageous.
  • The ability to work independently while contributing positively within a collaborative team.

About DMR

  • Offering a salary dependent upon experience from £26,000 to £29,000 plus quarterly bonus based on company performance
  • Working hours Monday – Friday 9am-5pm
