Role Responsibilities
- Manage and grow social media channels by planning, scheduling and delivering engaging content
- Create and deliver marketing content across social media, email campaigns and product promotions
- Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across retail, wholesale and direct-to-consumer channels
- Build and maintain relationships with brand ambassadors, influencers and external partners to increase brand awareness
- Monitor campaign performance, analyse marketing data and recommend improvements to maximise engagement and ROI
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver consistent branding, marketing projects and business growth initiatives

Skills you will need
Essential
- Proven experience in a marketing communications role
- Strong understanding of social media management and email marketing platforms
- Proficient in digital marketing tools, CRM systems and content scheduling platforms
- Highly organised with a strong eye for detail
- Strong analytical skills, capable of interpreting data and generating insights
- A team player who can work collaboratively with positive outcomes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- An adaptable and creative thinker with a proactive and confident approach
- Proficient IT skills and the use Adobe Creative Suite
Desirable
- A knowledge and understanding of the UK agricultural sector
