Purpose of the Role
Savills Place is seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Executive to support the delivery of integrated marketing activity across a varied portfolio of retail and leisure destinations. This role will play a key part in driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and footfall through the delivery of high-quality digital content, social media, and campaigns.
Working closely with the Marketing Manager and wider internal teams, the successful candidate will be responsible for the execution of day-to-day marketing activity, stakeholder engagement, and performance reporting, ensuring all output aligns with our clients' brand and commercial objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media & Digital Content
- Manage day-to-day social media channels, including content planning, scheduling, and community management using platforms such as Sprout Social.
- Support the development and delivery of social media strategies aligned to wider marketing and asset objectives.
Content Creation & Copywriting
- Produce compelling and on-brand copy for social media, websites, and email campaigns.
- Create and upload content across multiple websites using CMS platforms.
- Ensure all content follows SEO best practice and is digitally optimised.
Video Content Creation
- Capture and edit video content in a style aligned with current content creator trends.
- Stay up to date with emerging trends, creators, and formats to continuously evolve content output.
Campaign Support
- Support the planning and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns.
- Assist in delivering marketing activity that supports commercial objectives and enhances client performance.

Performance & Reporting
- Monitor, analyse, and report on marketing performance across key KPIs.
- Provide insights and recommendations to inform future activity and client reporting.
Website & Digital Management
- Maintain and update website content, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
- Identify and troubleshoot website issues, supporting ongoing improvements and development.
- Support the management of the Savills Place website and social presence.
Email Marketing
- Develop and deploy email campaigns and newsletters to a range of databases.
- Monitor and optimise performance to improve key metrics including open rates and click-through rates.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brands and key stakeholders to source and promote content, news, and offers.
- Liaise regularly via a range of channels including meetings, calls, and digital communication.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams, including surveyors and client relationship managers.
New Business & Research
- Contribute to case studies, pitches, and best practice documentation.
- Carry out competitor analysis and market research to support strategic decision-making.
Operational Responsibilities
- Manage personal expenses, invoicing, and travel in line with company processes.
- Undertake regular site visits to capture content, including photography and video (some out-of-hours working may be required).
- Contribute positively to the Manchester office environment and wider Savills team culture.
Skills, Knowledge, and Experience
- A degree in Marketing (or a related discipline) with a minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience, or at least 5 years’ equivalent experience within a marketing role.
- Strong working knowledge of key social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, with an understanding of platform best practice.
- Experience using video editing tools to produce high-quality content for social media channels.
- Ability to generate creative content ideas and maintain an up-to-date understanding of social media trends, audience behaviours, and best practice.
- Experience using social media management tools, such as Sprout Social (or similar platforms).
- Confident in using Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with email marketing systems, such as Mailchimp, including campaign creation and performance tracking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to manage and build relationships with a range of stakeholders.

As the role evolves, you will be required to undertake additional duties in line with business needs and your ongoing professional development within the business.
Working Hours - 37.5 hours per week
- Three days per week in the Ipswich or Manchester city centre office, two from home/site.
- Regular travel to client sites required.
