Salary: £27,000 - £32,000 (dependant on experience)

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Executive to join our team on a 12-month maternity cover contract. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced marketer who enjoys a varied role, combining digital marketing, content creation, social media management and customer engagement across multiple brands.


The Role

Working alongside our Marketing team and colleagues across the business, you will play a key role in delivering marketing activity for Graham Heath Group. This is a hands-on role that requires both creativity and commercial awareness. You will be responsible for managing advertising campaigns, producing high-quality content, supporting brand growth and maintaining the strong digital presence of both Graham Heath Construction and Concrete Panel Systems.

You will attend customer site visits, collaborate with customers and industry partners, and create engaging content that showcases our projects, products and expertise. Content creation, photography and videography will be a significant part of this role.

You will be expected to capture professional, engaging content on-site, develop customer stories and produce marketing materials that strengthen brand awareness and support business growth.

The successful candidate will be confident communicating with customers, comfortable working on-site and passionate about creating content that delivers results.


Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing

  • Plan, manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns across multiple brands.
  • Manage Meta advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
  • Monitor advertising budgets, campaign performance and provide regular reports and recommendations.
  • Support SEO initiatives and website content updates.
  • Analyse marketing performance data and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Assist in developing digital strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.

Content Creation, Photography & Videography

  • Create engaging written, visual and video content for digital and print marketing channels.
  • Produce high-quality photography and videography for social media, websites, campaigns and promotional materials.
  • Attend customer site visits to capture project progress, completed installations and customer testimonials.
  • Produce customer case studies, project features and product-focused content.
  • Develop creative content that showcases the quality and expertise of Graham Heath Group brands.
  • Maintain a consistent and professional brand voice across all communications.

Social Media Management

  • Manage and grow social media channels across Graham Heath Construction and Concrete Panel Systems.
  • Plan and schedule content calendars across multiple platforms.
  • Create industry-leading content that increases engagement and strengthens brand awareness.
  • Monitor customer engagement and respond to enquiries where appropriate.
  • Identify industry trends, opportunities and content ideas.
  • Help position Graham Heath Group as a leading voice within the construction and agricultural sectors.

Collaboration & Brand Development

  • Work closely with the Marketing Team to deliver campaigns and achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with sales, design, manufacturing and project teams to identify marketing opportunities.
  • Build relationships with customers, suppliers and industry partners.
  • Work with potential influencers, ambassadors and industry contacts to create collaboration opportunities.
  • Assist with exhibitions, events and promotional activities.
  • Ensure all marketing activity aligns with company branding and values.

Skills & Experience

Essential

  • Previous experience in a marketing role.
  • Strong knowledge of social media management and content creation.
  • Experience managing Google Ads and Meta advertising campaigns.
  • Confidence communicating with customers and representing the business professionally.
  • Demonstrable experience creating engaging content for social media and marketing campaigns.
  • Photography and/or videography skills with the ability to capture high-quality content on-site.
  • A creative eye with the ability to produce visually engaging marketing materials.
  • Ability to work independently while also contributing positively within a marketing team.
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to customer sites when required.

  • Experience within construction, agriculture, manufacturing or a related industry.
  • Experience managing multiple brands or product ranges.
  • Experience using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or similar design software.
  • Knowledge of SEO and website management.
  • Experience working with influencers, ambassadors or industry partners.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms and campaign management.

This position would suit someone who enjoys balancing creative content creation with data-driven marketing and is comfortable taking ownership of projects while working collaboratively with colleagues across the marketing team and wider business. Most importantly, we're looking for someone who can help maintain and enhance the strong brand presence of Graham Heath Group, supporting the continued growth of both Graham Heath Construction and Concrete Panel Systems.


Portfolio Requirement

As content creation, photography and videography are a significant part of this role, applicants will be required to provide examples of previous work as part of the recruitment process. Examples may include:

  • Social media content and campaigns
  • Photography and videography projects
  • Paid advertising campaigns
  • Website content
  • Written content and customer case studies
  • Graphic design work
  • Other relevant marketing projects
