About the Role

As Marketing Executive, you’ll support our Eastleigh office (two days per week, with occasional site visits across the South West region) in delivering high impact marketing campaigns.

Your responsibilities include:

Key Tasks

  • Digital & On-Site Marketing:

    • Lead the coordination of digital and physical marketing assets, ensuring our website and property portals are engaging, visually appealing, and filled with accurate, compelling content.
    • Plan and execute marketing campaigns with sales and group marketing teams, ensuring brand consistency across all developments.
  • Development Marketing:

    • Oversee the systematic rollout of sales areas for new developments—on time, on budget, and to an exceptional standard.
    • Manage marketing collateral (brochures, displays, signage) for each launch, ensuring brand integrity and professional quality.
  • Event & Stakeholder Engagement:

    • Attend and support on-site events and developer visits, maintaining a positive brand presence with customers.

  • Mission-Critical Tasks:
    • Monitor competitor activity and analyse data/inסוןsights to inform future strategies.
    • Manage marketing budgets and payments, balancing detail and efficiency.

About You

You’ll thrive in this dynamic, collaborative environment if you:

Essential Criteria

  • Proven ability to plan, coordinate, and execute cross-channel marketing activities (brick-and-mortar and digital), leveraging customer insights and data.
  • Collaborative experience delivering cross-departmental projects—always delivering on time and to a high standard.
  • Direct experience in Marketing for new homes or developments.
