Marketing Executive
Event: NoVacancy
Salary: £30,000 - £33,000 (DOE) plus 20% OTE
Working Pattern: Hybrid (four days in the office, half day on Fridays)
Languages:
- Fluent in English (spoken and written) is essential.
- Professional fluency in Spanish is required to communicate confidently with Spanish-speaking clients and colleagues.
- Native-level proficiency in either language is not required.

The role will be for the NoVacancy event portfolio, which comprises two leading B2B events, held annually in London and Barcelona, that serve the hotel and accommodation industry across Europe. The events bring together hotel owners, operators, investors, and senior decision-makers with the suppliers, technology providers, and service partners driving innovation and performance across the sector. Covering key themes including hotel technology, operations, revenue optimization, guest experience, design, sustainability, and investment, NoVacancy provides a marketplace for the industry to connect, discover new solutions, and build valuable commercial relationships.
About the Role
As a Marketing Executive, you will support the delivery of multi-channel campaigns for a portfolio of international B2B events. You will help execute email, digital, and social campaigns, maintain accurate data in marketing systems, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure campaigns run smoothly and effectively. This role is perfect for someone with some marketing experience, who is looking to grow in a fast-paced, commercial marketing environment.

You will report to a Marketing Director and work closely with sales, production, and operations teams to drive event attendance and engagement.
During a typical day, you might:
- Execute email, digital, and social media campaigns according to timelines.
- Maintain and update marketing data within CRM and email systems.
- Write marketing copy and brief creative assets, including social and digital ads, emails, and brochures.
- Assist with reporting and analysis of campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools.
- Help coordinate marketing assets, including briefing designers and proofreading.
- Monitor campaign schedules to ensure deadlines are met.
- Support commercial teams by generating high-quality leads and nurturing customer interest.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing aligns with event objectives.
- Assist with administrative tasks to support the wider marketing function.
About You

Skills and Experience:
- A basic understanding of digital marketing principles.
- Familiarity with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Salesforce (or other CRM systems), and HubSpot (training can be provided).
- Experience creating marketing assets using design software (Canva or Adobe) to create engaging marketing content is desirable.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with strong copywriting skills.
- Ability to manage tasks and deadlines with attention to detail.
- A proactive, collaborative approach to working in a team environment.
- Spanish language skills are highly desirable, as you’ll be working on our Barcelona-based event.
- We are looking for someone who is curious about emerging technologies and embraces AI as a tool to enhance their work. You should be comfortable learning and adopting AI-powered tools to improve productivity, creativity, and decision-making.

Recruitment Process
