Location: Exeter (Hybrid/Flexible Working Available)
Job Type: Permanent | Full-Time (36.25 hours) | Part-Time Considered
Salary: £32,000 - £38,000

Hawk 3 Talent Solutions are delighted to be recruiting for an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Executive to join a well-established and highly respected professional services business with multiple offices across the South West.
This is an excellent opportunity for a creative, organised and proactive marketing professional looking to develop their career within a collaborative and supportive environment. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders across the business to deliver engaging marketing campaigns, strengthen brand awareness and support business development initiatives.

The Role
As Marketing Executive, you’ll support the planning, delivery and evaluation of a broad range of marketing activities across both digital and traditional channels.
Key responsibilities include:
- Creating engaging marketing collateral including brochures, newsletters, website content, social media posts, reports and promotional material.
- Supporting integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline platforms.
- Managing website content and assisting with SEO optimisation.
- Planning and coordinating client events, exhibitions, seminars and webinars.
- Supporting social media activity and content creation.
- Monitoring campaign performance and producing marketing reports.
- Maintaining marketing databases and branded assets.
- Liaising with external agencies, designers, printers and digital suppliers.
- Supporting sponsorship and community engagement initiatives.
- Working closely with colleagues across multiple office locations to deliver marketing projects.
- Occasionally attending events outside of normal working hours.

About You
We’re looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and can confidently manage multiple projects.
Ideally you’ll have:
- Previous experience within a marketing, communications or digital marketing role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational and project management abilities.
- Experience creating engaging content across multiple marketing channels.
- Knowledge of website CMS platforms and email marketing systems.
- Understanding of SEO and marketing analytics.
- Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud (particularly InDesign) and/or Canva.
- Experience managing business social media accounts.
- Good Microsoft Office skills.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.
- Event planning experience would be advantageous.
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
