Description
We're looking for a social-savvy Marketing Executive to join The Beauty Tech Group to support on partnerships and talent activity. In this role you'll help bring partner and creator collaborations to life - writing briefs, coordinating campaigns and turning cultural and product moments into standout content.
Working closely with both the Marketing and Partnerships teams, you'll help our brands reach new audiences and deepen their presence in the beauty sphere.
What you'll be doing
- Writing clear, compelling briefs for talent, creators and brand partners, ensuring every collaboration reflects the brand positioning and objectives
- Working closely with the wider marketing team to learn our products inside out - understanding how we want to talk about them and establishing distinct messaging angles for partners - to keep every brief firmly on brand
- Collaborating with the Partnerships team to develop reactive briefs at pace, responding to trends, product moments and cultural opportunities across multiple tiers of partner
- Supporting the delivery of tailored partner campaigns, social takeovers and co-created content, from concept through to go-live
- Coordinating event content and materials, making sure partners and talent are equipped with on-brand assets
- Partnering with the social team to ensure partner and talent content is optimised for each platform and aligned to the wider content calendar
- Reviewing content performance - including revenue per piece of content - and working with the wider team to adjust briefs accordingly, focusing effort on what's driving results
- Staying close to social trends, emerging creators and competitor partnership activity to spot new opportunities

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
