Marketing Executive
We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Executive to join the LearnPro Group marketing team. This is an execution-focused role — you will be a person who gets things done, keeping our marketing activity running smoothly day-to-day and ensuring our HubSpot database is accurate and fit for purpose.
You will work closely with the Head of Marketing, who sets strategy and holds overall accountability, and with our Designer, who leads on artwork production. Your job is to pick up the brief and deliver — coordinating with stakeholders, hitting the calendar, and maintaining quality.
The two areas you will spend most of your time on are:
- BAU communications delivery — making sure webinars, announcements, and scheduled content go out on time across multiple platforms and to the right audiences.
- HubSpot CRM — keeping the database clean, segmented, and ready to support campaign execution.
You will also be the day-to-day owner of our social media channels and website news/events updates, and you will support events coordination and wider marketing projects as needed.
Core Responsibilities
BAU Communications & Content Calendar
You are responsible for delivering our day-to-day marketing communications on time and on brief. The Head of Marketing sets the plan; you execute it.
- Manage and maintain the BAU marketing calendar, keeping it up to date and flagging anything that needs attention.
- Deliver scheduled marketing communications across multiple channels, covering product webinar invites, new customer/deal announcements, project go-live notifications, and product updates.
- Liaise with internal teams — product, sales, and projects — to gather the information you need to produce and send communications on time.
- Coordinate with the Designer for artwork where required, providing clear briefs and managing timelines.
- Maintain brand tone and message consistency across all communications.
- Contribute content to website news/events sections and assist with basic website updates.
HubSpot CRM & Database
You are the day-to-day owner of the HubSpot database. This means keeping it clean, structured, and segmented so campaigns and reporting work as they should.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
