We have a job vacancy for a Marketing Executive to join our close-knit happy team in Sheffield
Job Title: Marketing Executive
Location: Scala, Sheffield, S7
Hours:
Full-time, Permanent, 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday (on-site)
Salary:
£28,000 - £33,000 DOE

About Us
At Scala, no two days are the same. We are a specialist Marketing and PR consultancy known for delivering award-winning campaigns for clients across the legal, healthcare, and professional services sectors. We are a small, talented, and growing team, and we want someone brilliant to grow with us.
This is a fully office-based role, giving you a collaborative, creative environment and direct access to the team and clients from day one. Applicants must live within a 30 to 60 minute commute of Sheffield S7, or be prepared to relocate before their start date.
The Role
Reporting to the Client Director and Account Manager, you will have real ownership of client marketing activity from day one, working across a varied and exciting portfolio of professional services clients. You will deliver both digital and traditional marketing campaigns where your ideas and skills directly influence client outcomes.

You will be involved in:
- Managing, scheduling, and growing clients’ social media presence
- Producing branded visuals and digital assets
- Creating and uploading website content via CMS platforms
- Conducting research to support marketing strategies
- Analysing campaign performance and making data-driven recommendations
- Ensuring brand consistency across all client communications
We are looking for a proactive, confident individual with a solid track record in UK-based marketing, ideally within B2B or professional services, who is ready to hit the ground running.
We will also consider applications from exceptional marketing graduates who can demonstrate on paper and in interview exemplary communication skills, strong work history and ethic (not necessarily in a marketing role), career ambition and passion for the subject.
Skills and Experience
- 2 years’ hands-on marketing experience - digital and traditional (desirable)
- Experience delivering marketing campaigns for B2B or professional services clients
- Confident use of social media scheduling and management platforms (e.g. Hootsuite, LinkedIn, Instagram, X, YouTube, Facebook)
- Strong knowledge of design software (Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Canva)
- Experience with Google Analytics (Google Ads an advantage)
- Website content management (WordPress or similar CMS)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to engage professionally in a business environment
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Marketing experience in the legal or healthcare sectors (desirable)
- Degree or diploma in marketing, digital marketing, or a related field
