Role Summary
The Marketing Executive will play a key role in generating high-quality visual and written content to support Coffey’s UK operations, with a particular focus on project-based storytelling, case studies, and bid/tender submissions.
The role is suited to a hands-on content creator who is comfortable visiting live project sites to capture photography, video, and technical insights, and translating these into clear, structured materials for both marketing and business development purposes.
This role offers an opportunity for a Marketing Executive with a minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience to further develop their career within a multidisciplinary engineering and infrastructure organisation operating across the UK and Ireland. The role requires the ability to manage multiple priorities and engage effectively with operational teams in a technically complex, project-led environment.
Working closely with the Marketing Manager and operational stakeholders, the role supports Coffey’s water, energy, transport, and civil engineering businesses in the UK, alongside Coftec’s water treatment solutions.
Regular travel to project sites across the UK is required. This is not a purely desk-based digital marketing role.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
